Hi there, I'm Gina!

 

You might be here because you want to understand yourself better, navigate a difficult situation, or take time to reflect on your thoughts and emotions. Whatever has brought you, you’re welcome. I offer face-to-face Gestalt therapy in Holborn, Central London, in English, Spanish, and Italian, creating a warm and supportive space where you can explore what arises and how it shapes your relationships with yourself and others.

My Approach

WHAT TO EXPECT

Sessions typically once a week, same time and place

Short-term therapy: 6–12 sessions focused on a specific issue

Long-term therapy: Ongoing sessions over months or years for deeper exploration

The first session (or first few) is for you and I to get to know each other, explore your goals, and clarify if this approach feels right

Sessions focus on thoughts, feelings, relational patterns, and bodily sensations in a collaborative way


Increase self-awareness and emotional understanding


Explore patterns in relationships or behaviour


Navigate life transitions, stress, or identity questions

Understand emotional responses and coping strategies
